Understand your rewards status

Three different questions

A rewards dashboard can help you understand your activity, but an activity count, a qualification and an available payment are different things.

• Activity: which referrals are active, inactive or receiving free service?
• Qualification: which requirements apply to the reward and period you are checking?
• Payment: has the reward cleared and become available under the payment rules?

Know which reward you are viewing

The program describes enrollment rewards, status-related differential rewards and advanced Royalty Overrides. Their conditions and timing are not interchangeable. Check the current program terms before estimating a payment.

Ask about a specific period

If something is unclear, contact support with the reward type and relevant date range. Do not post wallet details or private member information in public groups.
