How do I open my CRM?
Sign in to the PXCH customer portal, choose My CRM, then Go to my CRM. Follow the setup steps if this is your first visit.
Are CRM upgrades the same as video plans?
No. Intro, Basic, Premium and Pro are PXCH video subscriptions. CRM has its own Free, Accelerator and Marketer tiers. Check your account for the CRM tier available to you; paid CRM upgrades are separate.
Can I send text messages from the CRM?
The SMS Center supports a dedicated number or your own Twilio connection. Activation, setup and messaging charges apply; SMS sending is not automatically included with CRM access.
